The PH-01 Brass Pin Hinges are installed by drilling a 5mm hole in both the box and box lid.
They are 25mm long overall, with half to go into the box lid and half into the box. The back edge of the box needs to be tapered off at 45º to enable the box lid to open and stop at 90º.
These hinges need to be glued into the 5mm hole with epoxy.
These pin hinges are ideal for for small boxes with light weight lids.
