Our QH-01 quadrant hinges are designed for fine box making. These hinges are 25mm long and 2mm thick. The arm on the QH-01 is 36mm long and 8mm wide.
The hinge arm holds your box lid open at 95 degrees and is removable to aid fitting.
To fit these hinges a mortice is required to allow the hinge arm to retract. We suggest you mortice half into both the lid and half into box side. This can be done with a router or on a drill press.
Comes with 12mm solid Brass Phillips Head screws.
The QH-01 comes as polished Brass, un-lacquered which will continue to dull off over time.
